Steps:

i. Upload PDF → After translation is complete, click the Online Editing button → Click Area Translation
ii. Area Selection → Hold the left mouse button and drag to select the corresponding areas that do not need translation, then click Re-translate to complete the operation.
iii. Select Entire Page Not to Translate → Scroll to the corresponding page and click Select Entire Page Not to Translate
iv. Re-translate → Generate a new PDF document based on the customized non-translatable areas.

2. Add Dividers — Enhance Translation Accuracy

Visual Layering Optimization: Insert custom dividers (solid lines) in the translated paragraphs to achieve a clear separation between the original text and the translation.

Steps:

i. Upload PDF → After translation is complete, click the Online Editing button → Click Area Translation
ii. Divider → Add appropriate dividers between sentences to enable AI to correctly identify and translate the corresponding paragraphs.
iii. Re-translate → Generate a new PDF document based on the customized divided areas.
